Why Anto Rituals?
The name Anto Rituals combines my surname, Antonowicz, with what matters most in my work – the ritual.
“Anto” is the essence of my identity and energy — a reflection of who I am and how I work.
I wanted this name to carry an intention: to create a space where your breath and my hands move in the same rhythm, the body releases tension, and the mind can rest.
My face and body massages are slow, mindful, and balanced — not about pain or force, but about harmony between beauty, calm, and presence.
Each ritual is designed with the same care I would wish for myself – with attention to detail, high-quality products, and an atmosphere that lets you leave daily life at the door.
I believe that sensitivity is my strength — it allows me to take truly mindful care of you. For me, every client is not just a treatment, but a meeting where you can feel that you matter.

It’s here, within the walls of the Integrity Centre, that I welcome you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through my mindful rituals.
